Product Availability
Availability of the entire stock list is displayed on our website in real-time. Items that are 'Out Of Stock' will be displayed as such, products with various colour/size options are also updated in real time - simply select from the drop-down menus to display stock status.
In the rare event of a problem with availability of a product marked 'In Stock', we will contact you, usually within 1 working day. You may then wish to cancel the order, wait until the item becomes available, or order a suitable replacement.
Out of Stock Items
There are times when items become temporarily out of stock and these items are marked as such in the site.
'On Order' means that we are out of stock of that item and it cannot be ordered until they arrive back into our warehouse and their status returns to 'available' on the website.
'Special Order' means the product is available to pre-order but is not currently in stock. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
Change
If these Terms and Conditions are altered at any point, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. We reserve the right to make changes at any time.
All products, product specifications, descriptions and data are subject to change without notice.

We, Inspired Bicycles Ltd, disclaim damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this site.

Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP Sterling. Our website has a built in IP address recognition system which automatically detects your country and displays prices with or without Value Added Tax depending on your location.
Inspired Bicycles Ltd makes every effort to ensure that all prices and information contained within this website are accurate at the time of publishing and reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Purchasing Procedure
Please note that ALL international orders and postage quotation requests should be placed in the following way. We may not reply to direct emails asking about delivery costs and ordering products as preference will be given to those following the correct procedure.
By processing your order in this way, it allows us to have a saved copy of the parts you would like, process payment efficiently and securely and give the customer more control over their orders.
If you do not wish to continue with your order after getting a postage quotation then that is no problem at all, simply cancel the order from your pending orders list and the items will be returned to stock and no payment will be taken.
Please follow the steps below to submit a postage quotation request or place an order:
1. Add all the items you would like to purchase to your basket on the website and click on 'Checkout'.
2. Select the country you would like your order shipping to from the drop-down list of countries and confirm your shipping and billing address.
3. Our website will either show you an automatic delivery cost or will display 'Get Quote'. If you click the 'Get Quote' button then our website will save all the details into our ordering system so we can send you a delivery quote, or you can continue through checkout and pay for your order straight away.
4. If your order requires a delivery quote, you will be emailed with a final invoice as soon as we have found the best price and then if you wish to continue with the order, all you need to do is log into our site as described in the instructions in the email. From here you can quickly and easily pay for your order with most Debit/Credit cards using Paypal or Bank Transfer.
5. If, after you get the delivery quote, you do not wish to continue with the order then please cancel the order to return the stock and prevent any payment from being taken. Please note that orders will only be held for 48 hours once the final invoice has been sent. If payment is not received before this deadline then stock will be returned to the system and the order will be cancelled. If payment is to be made via bank transfer or cheque then the holding period may be extended. Once an order has been cancelled, the user will be informed via email and it will become void. In this instance, a new order will need to be created if products are still required.
6. Once full payment has been received, the order will be dispatched with the agreed courier service and a notification email will be sent to the customer.
Payment Options
The accepted payment methods are as follows, with all payments made to Inspired Bicycles Ltd for goods or services (whether from overseas or UK customers) to be made in GBP Sterling only.
All payment fees must be paid by the customer and are clearly highlighted at the payment stage of order completion.
Internet Banking/Bank Transfers
To pay by internet banking or bank balance transfer, simply request that your bank send the full amount shown on your invoice (including all fees, there should be an option to include these when you arrange the transfer) to our account details listed below. Please allow around 3-4 working days for the transaction to be processed and the payment to reach our account. We receive regular updates regarding payments made into our business account, so if a payment is received on a weekday we aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours.

Credit/Debit Cards
We use Paypal's ACDC online credit/debit card payment facility which is integrated into our website. You do not need a Paypal account when using this service. When ordering, you will be asked to enter your card details and the name and the address of the card holder when you place the order. All hosting of payment pages is done via Paypal's own secure servers to maximise safety and security throughout your transaction. The process integrates into our website and is very simple to follow, but if you do require any more help don't hesitate to contact us. Please note, payments made in GBP will have an exchange rate applied from your currency, this is dictated by Paypal/your bank or credit card provider and calculated at the time of the transaction.
PayPal
Once you have received your final invoice or completed the checkout process, all you need to do is click on the Paypal button and follow the link. You can then log-in and send the total amount from your Paypal account. If you do not have a Paypal account then you will need to register by following the instructions listed on their website.
Once you have made your payment and the transfer has been successful, your order will be dispatched as outlined in the purchasing procedure section.
Delivery Times
The exact delivery time will vary based upon the service selected and your region. If you have any preference on courier or specific time scale then please indicate these requirements in the notes field before you place the order.
Insurance for orders is not applied automatically. If you require additional cover then please specify this in the notes field before submitting the order. In this instance, the postage quotation provided will include any necessary surcharges required by the courier to cover the full value of the order unless specified otherwise. If you have not added insurance to your delivery then we will not be able to claim for loss or damage to your items in the rare case of this happening.
UPS, DHL, FedEx: For the UK, this takes 1-2 working days. For Europe, this usually takes 3-4 working days with all other regions taking 5-7 working days. Sometimes, in very rare cases, delivery may take up to 4 weeks and we cannot make a claim or dispatch a duplicate until this time has expired.
Once items are posted they are in the hands of the delivery service, and as such we are not directly responsible for any loss or damage to your item. If you have added insurance to your delivery though we are able to claim for loss or damage to your items in the rare case of this happening.
Important note for all delivery services: Under no circumstances can Inspired Bicycles Ltd be held responsible for non-delivery of items if the customer has provided an incorrect address. Postal insurance does not cover this and we are not able to re-dispatch orders where this problem has occurred without payment being taken for the order again.
Return of Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Items
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Goods must be in original packaging, and saleable as new items.
Goods must not be fitted or used.
Goods must be accompanied with either your original invoice, or a photocopy. Please make sure a current contact telephone number/email address is displayed on the receipt, so we can get in touch if there are any problems.
Notification of any omissions, mistakes or damaged items must be made within two working days of receiving the order. If you do not contact us within this time then unfortunately we are not responsible for any errors.
Any externally damaged packages must be signed as ‘Damaged’ with the carrier upon delivery; failure to do so will invalidate any claim for loss or damage against our delivery companies.
